SCOTT GARMAN

|
"My name is Scott Garman out of Phoenix Arizona, welled I am proud to say I am the first one to be certified in Arizona under Battling Ropes. I am an ex-bodybuilder; I have done all types of training, and kettle bells, cross training, power lifting, sand bags, cave man, and so on. My very first response to Johns methods, “WOW THIS IS AMAZING “. I am 46 years old; my major concern with this rope training was my joints. My joints always act up when I do different things or weight training, some times the ice on the joints. Well not one time did I have any joint pain, nor did I have to ice.
I am a recreation/fitness coordinator for a juvenile detention center. I use the youth as my test subjects on all new styles of training. Well the ropes by far are the most effective tool I have there. It engages the youth, its challenges them, brings out the competitiveness in them. A great coping skill. I also work part time in a lock down treatment
|
center for youth, again the ropes curve there anger issues, engages there mind and body. The company has me running rope classes now and also for certain youth that are agitated, very powerful tool.
So thank you John, you made me feel at home, you catered to my fitness and training needs. The best training I have ever had. Since my certification my phone rings off the hook. Your program has it all."
